Victron 24V Battery Charger

This range covers 24V battery banks of every size. It suits boats, off-grid systems and larger leisure vehicles.

You'll find compact smart chargers for everyday use, right through to high-output models built for large battery banks and specialist marine systems. Whatever your setup, there's a charger to match it.

What Size 24V Battery Charger Do I Need?

The right size depends on your battery bank's capacity and chemistry, the manufacturer's permitted charge current, and how quickly you need it charged. It also depends on your available AC input and how many battery banks you're charging. You can check your battery manufacturer's charging requirements before choosing a size.

Our charger names show their output. For example, "24/16" means a 24V charger with a maximum charging current of 16A.

Think about what's drawing power while you charge, as other electrical loads can affect charging time. And if you're running more than one battery bank, check whether you need a multi-output model.

There's no universal formula for matching a charger to a battery. We recommend choosing the largest for your budget, as this allows for future expansion.

The Blue Smart IP22 is a compact indoor charger for workshops, leisure vehicles and marine installations where high protection isn't needed. It comes in 8A, 12A and 16A models, with one or three outputs, and built-in Bluetooth links to VictronConnect.

The Blue Smart IP65 and IP67 offer greater protection for exposed environments. Both include Bluetooth and VictronConnect monitoring.

The Phoenix Smart IP43 suits larger or more integrated marine, leisure and off-grid systems. It's available in 16A or 25A models, in 1+1 or three-output configurations, with Bluetooth monitoring, programmable charging and lead-acid or LiFePO compatibility.

The Skylla-TG range suits larger battery banks and demanding marine or industrial installations. Models vary, so check whether you need standard or universal AC input, single or three-phase power, GL approval, a secondary output, or 30A to 100A output.
