Victron Shore Connections & Leads

What are Victron Shore Connections and Leads?

Victron shore connections and leads let boats, campervans and off-grid vehicles plug into mains electricity from a marina, campsite or dock. Our range covers power inlets, plugs and power cords rated 16A to 32A. Victron Energy designs and manufactures the components.

Shore power gives you grid electricity without running a generator or draining your batteries. You connect a lead from your vessel's inlet to a dockside or campsite socket. This charges your onboard batteries and runs mains appliances directly.

Victron Energy is a company that builds marine and off-grid power equipment. Its shore connection range spans inlets, plugs and cords in different amperage ratings. Each part fits together to create a safe link between your boat and the mains supply.

Choose the Right Shore Power Connection

Getting the right amperage matters most. A 16A connection suits most boats and campervans, while a 32A setup handles higher power demands. Check your onboard system before you buy, since mismatched ratings won't deliver the current you need.

Connection type matters too. Our range includes power inlets, plugs and shore power cords, so you can build a complete setup or replace a single part. Every component pairs with the others in the range.

Cable length affects how far you can reach the mains supply. We stock 15m and 25m shore power cords to suit different berth or pitch layouts. Pick the length that reaches your socket without excess slack or strain.

Victron Shore Power Cables and Components

We stock two lengths of Victron’s shore power cords: in 15m and 25m lengths, giving you flexibility for different mooring or pitch setups. Each cord connects your vessel or vehicle to the mains supply with a secure, moulded fitting. Longer runs cover awkward berths without extra adaptors.

Plugs are available in 16A and 32A ratings to match your onboard system. Power inlets come in stainless steel or polyamide, so you can choose the finish that suits your boat or campervan. Both materials hold up well against the elements.

Protective inlet covers shield the connection point when it's not in use. They keep dirt and moisture away from the socket between hook-ups. Every part in the range works together as a matched system.
