Solar Fitting Kit Tilting Bracket

Tilting Solar Panel Mounting Brackets. These tilting solar panel mounting brackets are ideal for installing ridged framed solar panels to the roofs of narrowboats, barges etc.
The bracket allows you to tilt the Solar Panel towards the sun increasing solar production in the early morning, or late afternoon. The panel can be dropped flat for cruising and locked in place using a padlock (not supplied).
8mm holes need to be drilled into the solar panel frame on each end; the brackets can then be fixed to the solar panel using the thumb knobs and nylon washers provided.
Fixing holes should then be drilled and tapped using a 6mm tap (not included) into steel roofs. Stainless steel machine screws and sealing tape are provided. Specifications:
