This unique event is the first of its kind. Focusing on the increasingly popular electric narrowboats, this event is open to industry experts, manufacturers and narrowboat owners who have a passion for the UK waterways looking to adapt to a new way of cruising the canals.
The event
Held over two days in May, the event explores the revolution taking place across our UK canals – the rise of electric and hybrid narrowboats.
This event promises to provide all the information on the latest technology, demos, and real-life experiences you want to know before making the decision to buy, own or convert to an electric narrowboat.
What to expect
Split across two days, this FREE event has something for every avid narrowboater.
Friday 3rd May 2024 – This day is ‘Trade Day’.
For the manufacturers, boat builders and hire boat companies to view the latest EV technology, designs and equipment for the most memorable B2B experience. You can expect collaborations, expert talks and demonstrations to help extend your EV narrowboat knowledge, products and services.
Saturday 4th May 2024 – This day is open to the public, just be sure to have your tickets!
A day not to be missed, you can see first-hand what owning a new electric narrowboat or converting from an existing diesel-powered narrowboat could be like – directly from the likes of manufacturers, experienced electric boatbuilders as well as existing owners who have experience in ‘going electric’.
What’s more, Saturday will feature music, food and drinks, as well as the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share a passion of the UK waterways and a love of narrowboats.
